CCMA/CMAA Pending Student Update

To ensure successful completion for all Pending Students of Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), they will remain in the current version of their program and a study guide will be included in their classroom. This study guide covers the concepts and information needed for the updated certification and will prepare students to be successful when sitting for the upcoming exam. If your students have any questions or concerns, please have them reach out to the Student Advising Department.

What Partners Need to Do

If you have elected to auto-add new titles to your catalog, then no further action is required. Otherwise, you will need to add these courses manually in the Online Administration Center. Active students in retiring courses won’t be affected and can complete their courses. Pending students need to be active by the removal date for all courses or they will be dropped.

If you are unsure if you have the auto-add feature set up,contact your Account Manager.
