Many pieces were designed as editable PDFs, so that you can easily use the free version of adobe acrobat to customize your contact information. Simply download, open in acrobat, enter your institutions name, ed2go hosted website address, and contact information into the editable fields, then click the red flatten fields and save file button in the top right corner.
