In the past year, Americans spent more than 40% of their food budget on eating out. This trend is expected to continue, as is the need for qualified restaurant managers. In fact, restaurant management jobs will grow nine percent by 2026 with 27,900 new jobs expected. We receive over 1,500 web searches for restaurant management courses annually, so there is an untapped demand for a course that teaches the skills needed to enter this field.

The Restaurant Management course focuses on the principles of food and beverage production and management, human resource management, and basic accounting practices for the restaurant industry. Students will learn how to sustain a profitable restaurant while marketing to key customer groups.
CATERING PROFESSIONAL
The catering sector is expecting job growth by nine percent through 2024. Catering companies can hold contracts with a variety of clients like schools and hospitals, with more industries looking to catering to address their food and beverage needs.

The Catering Professional course provides the foundational skills needed for a career in catering. Students will gain a practical knowledge of catering services, including overseeing events and functions, and collaborating with other catering companies.
