The following update is for partners that offer the IT Foundations Bundle course in their catalog.
The IT Foundations Bundle is composed of 3 courses grouped into 1 course bundle . We are replacing one of the courses in the bundle: replacing PRINCE2 Foundation for Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Foundation. The updated course bundle will offer students more relevant foundational skills in IT service management
The current IT Foundations Bundle includes:
- ITIL Foundation
- DevOps Foundation
- PRINCE2 Foundation
Course Hours: 50 Hours
The updated IT Foundations Bundle will include:
- ITIL Foundation
- DevOps Foundation
- SIAM Foundation
Course Hours: 60 Hours
The following courses will be updated with the aforementioned content on March 20, 2018:
- IT Foundations Bundle (Course Code: GES354)
- IT Foundations Bundle – Voucher Included (Course Code: GES355)
WHAT DO PARTNERS NEED TO DO:
- Partners do not need to take any action as this course will be updated in the catalog on May 20, 2018.
