New Programs: Partners only need to make catalog updates for new Career Training Programs in your Online Administration Center (OAC) if:

  • Your site is set up for ed2go to automatically add new courses/programs to your catalog, AND you do not want to offer the new program, or need to change your retail pricing.
  • Your site is NOT set up for ed2go to automatically add new courses/programs to your catalog, AND you want to add new courses/programs to your catalog.

New Career Training Programs

Title: Medical Interpreter (Spanish/English)

The Medical Interpreter training program prepares you to work in hospitals, medical offices and in any healthcare environment where a Spanish interpreter is needed. In addition, the Medical Interpreter training program prepares you to sit in any of the Medical Interpreting examinations available in the country. This program is language specific – Spanish/English.

You will acquire the three interpreting skills – simultaneous, consecutive and sight translation. You will learn the proper transfer of medical terminology into Spanish, divided into the different areas in a hospital and medical specialties. Intensive online interpreting laboratory practices are included in this training program.

Title: Court Interpreter (Spanish/English)

The Court Interpreter training program prepares you to sit for the oral component of any State Court Interpreting Examination offered in the United States. This program is language specific – Spanish/English.

You will acquire the three interpreting skills – simultaneous, consecutive and sight translation. You will learn the proper transfer of Criminal and Civil terminology into Spanish. Intensive online interpreting laboratory practices are included in this training program.
