This course extends beyond the introductory concepts and will show you how to use these additional features to get the most out of this great program.  You will learn how to gain more control, productivity and value from your overall QuickBooks experience.

Instructor Bio (Both Courses):

Scott Paxton is recognized as a Certified Public Accountant and holds master’s degrees in business administration and accounting.  His background includes experience as a public accountant, a manager in the banking industry, an entrepreneur and a college business instructor.  In addition, Scott has spent much of his career working closely with small business owners to help them successfully implement and troubleshoot the QuickBooks accounting program.

What you need to do

Here is what you can expect and how to make changes to meet your organization’s needs:

1. Auto Catalog Update Partners: If your organization is on auto catalog update, our New Online Class and New Bundle will automatically be updated in your catalog. If you would like to remove these new classes/bundles, you may choose to go into your Online Administration Center (OAC) and remove it.  You also have the ability to change the pricing. Keep in mind these are pre-enrollment classes/bundles so you will need to follow the steps in the above section.

2. Non Auto Catalog Update Partners: If your organization is not on auto catalog update, and you would like to add these classes to your catalog, you will need to go into your Online Administration Center (OAC) and manually add them. You also have the ability to change the pricing. Keep in mind these are pre-enrollment classes/bundles so you will need to follow the steps in the above section. 

3. Revised Online Classes: The program descriptions in the online catalog will automatically be adjusted to reflect any changes. This will happen for anyone that is currently offering theses classes.
